In principle, we could be available to you 24/7. Unfortunately, we are only human and need rest occasionally to serve you well. Moreover, this service is provided by volunteers at the base. They do their utmost to give you an appropriate and correct answer as quickly as possible, and a supervisor is called in if necessary, or if you wish to speak directly with a supervisor.
